Could have not flex time

as years pass my pros are declining

heavy turn over in management changes in benefits loosing 1 bedroom credit no stability no trust no appreciation very short staff says NO to everything than try to correct later no open door policy no raise during covid19 than increased pay no more than $2.00 than raised rent - changed discount some people lost 10% from 40% to 30% off than 1 bedroom credit is being discontinued and nobodies new hourly rate has been confirmed Jan 2023 I have no idea what's coming out my check for rent
