Pros
From the interaction that I have had with management, CEO/President, and HR Director, they are truly a company that tries to be employee oriented, kind, and understanding. There are activities, and flexibilitie with hours.
Cons
As nice as some people are, the work environment is absolutely deplorable. 3-4 (from what I have seen) employee's are hypocritical with everyone and are the "I am not a racist/homophobic person" and then proceed to say something that is. The departments also seem to lack communication with each other. If you have the capibility to ignore this, and simply come and work, then there's nothing wrong.
