Pros
The only Pros I can think of working at Arch Health Partners is the co-workers but this excludes management. The people who work for this company are one of the most hardworking people ever. The cafeteria at Palomar hospital is great.
Cons
The top management do not care about their employees. You have employees including providers leaving the company at a extreme rate. If you do not care about your providers, How are you treating your patients? What about patient care? Arch only hires employees from a temp agency so that they do not have to pay healthcare insurance due to the affordable care act. Every new employee is from a temp agency and they are not your top candidates for the job. If you work at Arch Supervisors and Managers will always do your performance evaluation late. For the past 10 years it has always been late that means no raises on time. My colleagues who were layoff reported Arch to the Labor board. If you were to leave the company you would not get any retro pay for raises because they are always behind on performance evaluations, this works in their favor. Management think they're always right but in reality they do not know how to manage. They have the wrong people in the Top level management positions. Management are doing a horrible job. The company has layoff or fired almost 25% of the company staff and are hoping they can continue to provided the same service with less staff. Management always talk about being transparent but management keeps telling their staff lies after lies during the 6:30 am company-wide meetings. The directors and executives mention no massive layoff but in the end if you add up the amount of employees who are let go, its a massive layoff. People lively hoods are on the line, and the company doesn't care one bit. This goes for the patients too because this is the same way how Arch kicks their patients to the curb.
