Pros
Huge projects in all disciplines, the benefits are the best of any consulting firm I've worked for, and the intellectual capital within the environmental remediation discipline is phenomenal. Diverse workplace in many ways. Flexible approach to schedule and work/life balance - IF you work in an office and for a supervisor who is on board with it.
Cons
A lot of negativity within certain circles and offices. I'm fairly new (6 months as of this review) and am not really sure why this is the case but I do know management and corporate leadership are listening and making meaningful changes. If you don't network yourself within the company and quickly align yourself with project teams and a community of practice that you're excited about then it could be a tough place to work.
