      The owners of the company were great! Down to earth and always focused on Work and Life balance. The people were great to work with especially at the corporate office.

      Cons

      There weren't many options in TX as it was just growing at the time.

      This employer encourages and develops a culture of entrepreneurial spirit. Employees are encouraged to take charge and be responsible in their interactions with clients, tenants, and vendors. Flexible working hours and work from home are a big plus.

      Some employees never develop an entrepreneurial spirit and need constant push.
