Pay is great, co-workers mesh together well, personality and skill wise. Management does not micro-manage, the management team does a great job of making the employees feel valued and respected. The CEO is very human and understands the difference between being a leader and being a boss, and performs extremely well under pressure allowing for extremely busy projects to still go along smoothly with minimal stress being pushed onto employees

There are 0 cons that I have experienced in working with Arc Technologies Group, any issues that arise are taken care of promptly and professionally by management.

Arc Technologies Group has a strong business plan and great wages. They encourage their employees to challenge themselves and they are happy to invest in training and the tools required to expand the employee’s skill set.

I have only been with Arc for less than 6 months and I have not yet seen any negative aspects of the company thus far.
