Pros
The only positive item were the people that worked at the property did the best they could given the difficult situation. Not much else that I can think of that was positive.
Cons
The physical condition of property was poor. Improvements were promised but never provided. Service scores were horrible. Daily guest complaints. NVN Hotels did not include the property on their website since it was in such terrible shape. There is significant employee turnover due to the terrible condition of property.
