Pros

They have a lot of money from various grants right now, so there are plenty of opportunities and you can get experience doing many different things. Some supervisors are incredible.

Cons

People in the Prevention division keep leaving, and the reason is obvious: upper management micromanages and refuses to listen to any constructive criticism, and instead actively punishes people who share their concerns about how things are run. There is a reason that there are dozens of job openings, especially in the Prevention division. You will be paid poorly and "asked" to do many extra responsibilities that are not in your job description. If you voice your concerns, at best you will be ignored; at worst you will be judged and upper management will make your remaining time miserable.
