If you have a good supervisor you feel welcomed and can participate in getting a schedule you need.
Cons
Leadership , Admin function as a separate company from the branch workers. You do what the leaders who don’t even show up at the library think is right. No input from the patron facing workers. Don’t say what you think. Just do what is said.
