Working here gave me a lot of opportunities to grow professionally. A lot of great opportunities to work collaboratively with your team. Focus is more on doing quality work than cranking out a ton of projects. Aquafix offers a good work-life balance (when you’re off the clock, there’s no expectation to worry about work) and it’s easy to get time off approved when you need it.

Being a small company has the potential to create a strong, tight-knit team that can help the organization grow significantly. However, small teams also feel the impact quickly when someone feels undervalued or treated poorly. There have been times when communication or treatment from management toward employees has created tension or led people to leave, At times, expectations can shift quickly which can be challenging to adjust to and create a good rhythm, There are many strong personalities to navigate.
