When I started the onboarding was how I hoped it was. HR and the operations team introduced me to the company and helped we getting started. Because of this I felt comfortable very fast and could get to work from the start. There is good cooperation between teams and in the operations team. I can always ask questions or give an insight how I would handle the situation.
