So many cons. Upper management enables bad behavior by keeping people because of nepotism, even if they are not a good fit. Lots of fake people in upper and mid management. The culture is extremely corporate and toxic. One of the most disorganized companies I've worked at and 0 communication skills. Hard to trust management - selfish egotistical people looking to move up in any way they can even if that means throwing you into the lions den. Lots of smiles in front of you but then stab you in the back. There is alot of talking but not a lot of follow through It's hard to grow here, mid management wants to keep you where you are and they only want "yes men". You won't be an individual here, but just a number on their sheet.
