Pros
They will hire you if you have a pulse, meaning that they're so desperate for you, they will never fire you unless you willfully do something to sabotage your job. Tons of opportunity to collect overtime. Company truck and they pay for gas, which is amazing if you don't yet own a car. It is definitely a learning experience and you will learn to deal with the most demanding customers. This experience will definitely pay off in other roles you move to, inside or outside the company.
Cons
Only $11/hr in spite of being extremely physically demanding and taxing on your personal life. Don't expect to have a life. Over time is fine, but they expect 10 hours a day, 6 days a week. 50 hours is one thing, but 60 is another. You have to constantly fix problems with customers due to salesmen over selling or straight up lying to close a sale. There's little mobility. One coworker, who was the best service professional they had got his first promotion after several years. You'd think it'd be faster when the average job retention was about 3 months. That's another thing: Revolving door! And it's not because people are fired.
