      This job has honestly changed my life. I have always felt supported in pursuit of my goals. The systems that are built here create an environment where success is no only possible, but it’s probable.

      Cons

      Not too many cons, the only one that comes to mind is a policy here and there, but the policies make sense and are explained well.

      Pros

      Pay and overtime is great, management is decent, you run your own show- upsell, identify pest problems, know your chemicals, different methods, request inventory products

      Cons

      It's a lot of hours in summer. You will hate spiderwebs. I enjoy seeing many beautiful gardens and getting to know the local wasps, birds, and lizards- but it's not for everyone. Don't trust everything management says, and bring up issues early and with tact.
