      This organization is strategic in both organic and acquired growth! With all of the growth that has happened in my tenure, from what I've seen, they continue to show appreciation for their employees where it matter most.

      This is the best company out there to work for!!

      Cons

      Company is rapidly expanding, and so there seems to be a little bit of confusion in terms of having to switch over softwares and what not. Not a big issue at all though!!
