The onboarding process is a bit of a challenge. A lot of the company's benefits, services, tools, etc. are thrown at you in the first few days that it can be difficult to sift through what you need to be focused on for your job and what you need to get done to complete your onboarding process.

This is the best company out there to work for!!
Cons
Company is rapidly expanding, and so there seems to be a little bit of confusion in terms of having to switch over softwares and what not. Not a big issue at all though!!
