      Only the initial pay will be tempting and after that the real picture comes into place. You will learn more about politics than programming.

      Cons

      Worst planning and management I've ever seen compared to basic standards.. these are the companies with poor standards, and if you will be expected to work 24/7 due to this lock down, and it took a sharp hit of my health, and couldn't handle my family responsibilities. Employees with family, please stay away from this company. I've been through hell here.

      - challenging work always so it keeps you engaged and not bored - good to learn new capabilities - lots of experienced people in the company who are willing to share knowledge - good benefits and perks and work culture

      Cons

      - too much chaos in process - CEO is too involved in little decisions - CEO's son works at the company. He is hard to work with and no one can say anything to him. He thinks he is CEO
