Pros

New and improve compensation with a nice base, equivalent to about $14 per hour, plus unlimited earnings on commissions and bonus along with good opportunity for advancement in management if you're ambitious. Lots of good campaigns to work on in a dozen or more different industries at anytime and some new promising inbound customer service type campaigns where having to make a quota of appointments is not as critical. Its been great having a dedicated lead qualifier person who pre-qualifies about 25% or more of my quota and i do the closing by simply calling the prospect back and booking the appointment after she generates interest and take most of the relevant details. Been here for about 5 months and I like the environment, the location is really nice and management has been courteous and helpful with ongoing training and they go beyond the written agreement in making sure may paycheck is subsidized even when I'm a little short on my outbound commission quota.

Cons

For the outbound campaigns, if you have trouble making or getting close to a modest quota of about 14 appointments every two weeks then this is not the job for you. In order to get on the inbound campaigns, you do need to show some ability to make or come close to your outbound appointment setting quotas. Also if the quality of your appointments is not solid then it could hurt your ability to take home a bigger pay check beyond the base pay because cancellations can have a negative effect. 10% cancellation rate or 1 in 10 appointments are acceptable. There are no benefits, but you get the equivalent in cash bonuses when you make your quota which is quite generous. However you do have a one week probation period before you're put on the base pay plus commission.

It is regrettable that some past disgruntled employees chose to write grossly negative things that are totally false because of their personal agenda. To spite that, most of our employees past and present have full confidence in our company. Our clients past and present are even more supportive and understand the challenges we deal with in order to provide them with the service. They've been with us from the start and continue to give us their full support and confidence.
