Poorly executed, badly managed, low salary and high employee turnover, along with long work hours and no work-life balance the company thrives on " interns" trains them, gets things done cheaply, then people have good enough skills to move on to more competitively paid positions. Unfortunately, this starts a new cycle of training new (cheap) interns to work long hours, burn out and/or get skilled enough to get better paying jobs and leave the company. This is a vicious cycle... No good can come of it!
