11yThank you very much for providing your review. As a company we are very interested in seeing people grow in a manner that is both individually rewarding and financially beneficial and as a result encourage people to step forward to help on several levels. That said, our approach does require that individuals recognize and accept this invitation and proactively participate in staff management, client management, and sales development roles if and when they want their career to move forward in this way.
The approach to growing individuals is complex in that to be truly successful the individual and corporate goals must both be in alignment and our view is that it would be difficult to achieve this with a highly structured / cookbook type approach that doesn’t take into account the individual’s strengths and desires. Perhaps this approach is perceived as lacking a clear vision but we are happy with the results as we have seen a number of people come to AIS in relatively junior roles but who now find themselves in performing staff management, client leadership, and sales generation roles.
The bottom line is that active participation by the individual to define a career path and proactively seek opportunities to advance in that path is essential and has proven to be effective.
Thanks again for your feedback and review!
