      It pays as per industry standard nothing more nothing less

      - HR is a joke here. - Firing is very often, no job security. Better to work as a contractor in some other companies rather in ais. - Its a family run shop rather a corporate company. Every big guy in the company is somehow related to company's CEO. - No Gratuity. - Even if you don't have offers think twice before joining, lot of bonds breaking formalities. - Management only believe in people who were in the organizations from ages. No encouragement to new ides/thoughts. - No proper
