Underpaid, no respect, not staffed, no hours. conspiracies. The manager has sexual relations with all the cooks in every store in the area. A manager can physically assault an employee the still can keep their job, the AD just sweeps it under the run. The cut labor and the staff back so much that a manger has to cook expo, wash dishes, as well as deal with administration work ,the servers,the guest. So when we need a manager sometimes they are stuck on a position. The say we get paid vacations, but you have to average 36 hours a week for a whole year. That would be great if they let you get full time. They try to keep you around 29 hours week. They change the labels on out of date products. They have roaches and mice. Corporate let's the customers do what ever they want. Male customers can grope and sexually harass the female servers. (Per the AD) we can not ask the guest to stop or leave. He said just get them a male server. The guest still make sexual comments to them in passing. The company has turned into a horrible place to work. Micro managed! Just to name a few
