Flexibility in scheduling for part time workers.
Cons
Hourly is the same as servers and bartenders make all the drinks and don’t make servers tip out. Bartenders also have to hand wash all bar glasses. We do not have a dishwasher behind the bar. No trust in bartenders to know how to pour. You get in trouble if you don’t use jiggers. 3 drink rule makes you feel incompetent on knowing how much to serve our guests.
