I joined Appetite a little over 4 years ago and it was quite simply the best decision I ever made! A risk, but one which I embraced and have thoroughly enjoyed - and continue to! I have enjoyed a fantastic career path which has been entirely supported, and more importantly led by me, and have reaped the financial rewards of building and running a successful desk and team. Nick is a massively inspirational leader with the right dose of challenge. He has made me question HOW I think and above all, to lead with integrity and to live our values which have become a mindset and a choice.
Cons
There aren't enough hours in the day! :) We have had a period of very fast growth, possibly too fast and perhaps haven't been in a position to support some of the new comers as well as we could have done, however have learnt from this.
