Pros
You are given a different schedule every six months. The good part is that there is no mandatory overtime. Your hours are your hours.
Cons
They lied during the interview process and said there were no sales quotas. They aren't able to say this is a sales position due to regulations from the Department of Education. In actuality, this is a sales position and you never are told of the minimum number of students you must enroll in order to keep your job. However, if you are not enrolling enough students, you will be placed on probation. During the interview process, I asked about advancement opportunities and was told of other positions. However, upon working there, I discovered that those positions pay less than that of Enrollment Rep. That's not much of an advancement.
