The company is really good- hesitant to send employees home for forced PTO, good benefits (very generous PTO!), overall positive experience working for them. The McKeesport location in particular will never send you home early, and you always have the option of picking up Sundays for overtime.

The McKeesport location is terribly managed and well-known as a miserable working environment, largely due to the RPM. Have known multiple people to quit because she writes orders for patients (who she has not seen) and forges therapist's signatures on them. The company has done nothing to correct this. The working environment when she is present can be abusive; in general there is an environment of fear and mistrust in therapy departments. However, I have heard almost nothing but good reports of other locations. In general I strongly recommend this company.
