Teaches you sales tactics, especially to master your sales pitch. Builds your confidence up to go door to door even if they say it isn't. (It is) You get paid for training, but after that you're on your own.

Fully commission based. It's ok if you already have a part-time job, but if you're relying on this then good luck. Unless you have A+ sales tactics. The commission is huge though, so if you're good at the job you'll know it.
