      Job security Pretty flexible with your work schedule

      Cons

      Tech team is majority off shore, there is minimal overlap hours which can make it hard to get things accomplished. Pay increases are not up to inflation rates. Upward mobility is limited.

      Clearly defined career ladder Exposure to a wide range of clients and projects.

      Inconsistent team culture. Some teams feel clique-oriented, so it's difficult for new employees to integrate. Training can be limited, with a strong expectation to learn independently.
