      I love the opportunity to learn new software. My Coworkers are an amazing and diverse group.Engagement is higher with a flexible management team.

      Cons

      Some of the management team needs more diversity training. It is important to treat everyone with respect regardless of age and ethnicity.Management should be respected not feared.
