Pros
- Success is entirely based on manager and which team you are on. - The location is great and they have pool tables, free coffee and snacks and a really creative office. - Salary was fair.
Cons
I read previous reviews before joining Ansira and thought to myself that the bad things I read were likely related to which team you were on. Please read carefully because this is all true. - No Leadership of Growth: Managers/Supervisors are not training for leadership. They are demeaning, aggressive, don't handle their emotions well and are unreliable. Your managers equip you for growth and that isn't the case at Ansira. - Not Innovative:. They repeat campaigns without looking for new ideas or beneficial ways for the client to succeed. Decisions are based on poor team allocation and what's easiest...that's not what makes marketing campaigns successful. You hire smart people, use them appropriately. - No Culture: No one talks to anyone outside of their team. It's a very large organization so you get lost in the weeds. There are not many opportunities to mix and mingle at this agency. Employees often talk poorly of the agency which is awkward and uninviting. This omits collaboration and culture. - HR hires for immediate needs and not based on talents. I was placed on a team that did one channel when my experience is cross-channel marketing. A new opening came within the agency that fit me perfectly - I had client relations with this client company and vast knowledge and experience of their channels. I was immediately told no when requesting a transfer and that it's protocol to wait 6 months. Protocol trumps employee and client success. After a short time at Ansira I knew this was NOT a place for a digital marketer to grow. Trust the bad reviews.
