Pros
Best workplace, social, fun, encouraged to healthy work-life balance, supportive. Media and marketing provide a great playground for data science. Freedom to experiment and fail. Good mentoring.
Cons
Media can be a distractive environment, plenty of social events and parties. Sometimes I had to screen myself out to concentrate on my projects. A pretty nice con to have in your workplace, if you ask me :D
