      * Office is in a very good place. * Good place to grow if you're Junior. * Good people.

      Cons

      * Hard to grow your software design skills (No rules for coding, No infernal training to improve skills) * No Unit Tests. * Not good project organización.

      Pros

      Everything about the company is pro; from the technical up to the top management. Work is good and there are great seniors who are just one skype away to guide you. You feel you are in safe hands. I feel fortunate to work with such amazing people. I discuss about this part time job with my friends and family too. Aninver has highly skilled team of professionals who are passionate with what they do. Quality is indeed a top priority. This company speaks of real opportunities. Management always try to listen to your needs and find a way for you, as an individual, to flourish in the organization.
