Pros
There are a lot of great people to work with, Possibility of learning IF you get a decent trainer, Possibility to learn other departments
Cons
Buildings are filthy, not climate controlled, and are not functional; raises are very poor, you only get a yearly raise and its not merit or review based; there is no opportunity for advancement; management is not supportive and are very sneaky with decisions; new bonus system is a joke since "everyone gets the same payout" everyone is penalized for other departments screw ups; employee well being is not something that management cares about as long as product is being pushed out of the doors; there is no set Quality Standard; GMP is nonexistent; trainings are hard to come by; due to the lack of management that is actually on the floor, some employees are allowed to get away with doing little or no work at all and there is a lot of tension between departments/shifts; during winter and summer, be prepared to either freeze or suffer from heat exhaustion and dehydration; the facility isn't on a sewer line so the sewage has to get pumped out and the smell makes you sick since it is done right outside of on of the main buildings, yes I said buildings but they are actually 3 pole barns, 3 trailers, and 1 house
