Pros
This school has a great reputation in the Peel region of WA. We are b;essed with very well behaved, respectful kids (particularly in the secondary section of the school). The guys I work with in the IT department are very laid back and my collegues in the Mathematics department are very friendly and helpful. To top it all off he pay is excellent and we get the longest summer break campared to all other schools in the area.
Cons
Because it is such a popular school with such a good working environment, it is very difficult to progress up the ranks. The situation as it stands means that most staff stay until retirement so as a general teacher you have a very long wait before you can apply for head of department ect
