      My time in Angleton ISD was rewarding and enriching. Recommended.

      Cons

      I experienced unkind (and TBH...inexperienced) campus administrators. Don't treat teachers as just subordinates to be directed and managed; treat them as valued collaborators. Never talk to them like you would talk to a child.

      The people are supportive and there is a strong connection between the school district and the local community.

      Cons

      It is a smaller district so sometimes multiple jobs are combined or you may not have access to the range of resources available in a larger district. This also means that there is limited opportunities for advancement within specific career paths.
