This isn't a con, but I think it's worth explaining: we're on the smaller side and so we don't have the capacity put people on performance improvement plans. Instead, we have frequent 1-on-1s with our managers where we give/receive feedback. If things aren't going well even after feedback and they continue to degrade we don't let things fester and instead choose to move on.

Pay, remote setting, company laptop

There is zero loyalty to employees, and upper management operates in a shady, careless way that shows no concern for morale. They often lie, avoid accountability, and hide behind a religious façade to present themselves as good and wholesome, when in reality their behavior tells a very different story. Nepotism is rampant, with opportunities and treatment heavily favoring those with personal ties rather than actual performance or qualifications. The culture feels toxic, built on empty words instead of genuine values. If you’re looking for a workplace with integrity, honesty, and respect for its people, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.
