Pros

I enjoyed my work, had a GREAT team and I miss them!

Cons

VERY disappointed with the way the company went. We had a GREAT team and all most all the pieces were in place for success but Eric, (owner) would never allow the success to happen. we had some ethics issues that we all felt were in check but when things got tough, ALL the wrong decisions were made. When you need twice as many customer agent as sales people, something is very wrong. We had production based pay and when that started working, he changed it because he didn't want to pay a reasonable wage for the ones doing the work. I had 2 other family members working there too and in the end, both were taken advantage of as well. One son is VERY successful because of what he learned but his wages were honestly 1/2 thee value and my other son was never given the raise he was promised. He was doing twice the work of others in his department and when he asked about the raise, he was told that he didn't have to stay. Eric did NOT honor his word and even though I was treated relatively well (probably better than anyone in the company) I would NOT recommend anyone work for this company. The residual money that is paid from YouTube on the videos we made e has MORE than paid for every dime it cost to employ me and I have asked him to remove the videos as I do NOT want to have my likeness as an endorsement of andy's. I am afraid i am going to have to file suit to get them removed!

Pros

Flexible hours, offer remote work from home, if you care and put in the effort it does pay off - if you're looking to play around and expect to progress you might be better off working else where. Have been with the company over 5 years and there have been huge substantial changes over the years and all for the better. Sure when I first started there were some ethical conflicts, however since the website redesign (2013/2014) a LOT of effort has been put out to establish core values and put customers first. I am proud of where we stand today and hope that people can see the effort we go through to uphold customer satisfaction on daily basis.

Cons

Don't have any. Work hard, show that you truly care and your efforts will pay off.
