Pros
Wonderful, diverse, inclusive people with kind attitudes and laid-back, respectful company culture. Fully remote work without management trust issues. Not the worst starting salary. Women in leadership (positive). Good for learning the industry ins and outs. No inner politics or toxicity.
Cons
Tight deadlines, fast pace environment (derogative) and underbudgeting is usual for this sector. But here there is also a lack of management oversight and leadership, lack of incentive and support, no bonus, close to zero yearly salary increment, no opportunities for advancement, huge lay-offs, money troubles.
