Thank you for all of your hard work while you were employed at Anchor. We really appreciated your efforts during your time here. We appreciate your feedback, and are always striving to improve as a team and company. This is why we have our weekly L10 meetings, monthly one on ones with managers and team members, and quarterly town halls, so we all can communicate effectively on what's working and what isn't working, and how individual team members are are doing overall.
