Pros
-Overall relaxed atmosphere and excellent work-life balance -Great location on Boylston Street -Kitchen stocked with snacks and drinks, summer socials every thursday -Friendly and collegial environment -A lot of opportunity for growth and advancement for those that are able to see long-term and aren't totally turned off by the pains of a company going through a transitional period
Cons
-The company is in transition (and well on its way) from small (start-up-like) office to large enterprise; it's already seen as a leader in its industry. With that, comes the pains of change and growth (restructuring of departments, job titles, branding, policies, procedures, processes, office seating arrangements, managerial responsibilities, ect.). Change is hard and inevitable with growth no matter what company you work for. If you're flexible, dedicated, and in it for the long haul, you will be able to see past the short terms pains for long term gains. Don't expect to be spoon fed here - you won't succeed; If you understand how to navigate this type of work environment, you will learn early on that the sky is the limit in terms of opportunities here.
