Cons
I was there for a year without a review or a raise. For employee bonuses, everyone got a $50 gift card to QT because they "couldn't afford" raises, but during this time, the new building was being built complete with an in-wall fish tank and a full bathroom with bidet in the owner's office. If you were 4 minutes late to clock in (yes, salary employees clock in too) in would show up in red in the report to management. You had to work 40 hours or they would take from your PTO, but if you worked overtime you were not compensated. For awhile, we weren't even allowed to have a water bottle inside the lab until they got so lenient that people were eating chips over hazardous substances.
