Pros
Small, close-knit office. Education budget of $250 per year. More snacks than you'll know what to do with. Talented creatives. Bagels on Mondays. You can bring your dog in.
Cons
Management has inadequate training, which becomes painfully clear right away. CD is a brilliant creative, but lacks the emotional maturity or healthy boundaries with her subordinates to steer the ship. Don't let the global portfolio fool you: if you're working in US, get ready to lose weekends over social posts, and email templates. Did I mention the pay freeze? If you still want to work at AF, godspeed. But don't say I didn't warn you.
