Good benefits. pension. 401k. sometimes mindless work so kind of easy.

Bad vibes with management. very political and creates tension with workers inter and intradepartmental. Pay isn't bad but could be better but our union doesnt fight for the office workers only the linemen. Management blows. they give into any residents request to save face. Completely politically influence but what city agency isnt?
