Pros
Nice bunch of hard working employees mostly. Pretty location in industrial park where you can likely find your next job.
Cons
Cable department is toxic. A lot of people who honestly think they are better than the next guy and have nothing to learn. Not a progressive thought in the management sphere. Some good starts but they become too challenging for a management team that has no clue how to implement change and who all work in fear of the 'global' GM. I can't think of one manager who really belongs in the role except IT. A department stretched so thin without resources required to function at 100%. 'We've never done that before' is what holds them back. Not wanting change is frustrating to those who can bring about change. But, hell, what do the employees know, right?
