We do not utilize freelancers, and we have been in continuous operation since 2011. It would not be possible for us to retain a long-standing team or operate for more than a decade if employees were not paid.
The individual associated with this review was not an employee. The situation referenced appears to relate to a third-party vendor relationship involving an overseas development firm we briefly engaged for an internal project. That engagement did not meet contractual or professional standards, and the project was ultimately terminated after significant mismanagement by that vendor. As a result, we discontinued the relationship and absorbed the loss.
