Thank you for your feedback about Ampco Manufacturers. I am sorry that your experience with the company was not a positive one. I would like to say that based on the results of our recent Employee Satisfaction & Engagement Survey, the company understands that there is room to improve and is committed to doing so. This includes a market survey of wages (which was recently completed), leadership training and development (beginning this February 2016), as well as improve communication company wide (in progress).
Furthermore, I am sorry that you are unable to find anything positive about your time at Ampco, whether about your colleagues or about the company-sponsored events and charitable donations.
