Store opens late to accommodate the stoner/slacker employees | If you work hard, managers will leave you alone most of the time | If customers hassle you, management has your back & will permanently ban nasty, abusive jerks

Low pay | Heavy lifting | Little room for growth or promotions | Store attracts freaky, smelly & crazy people | Only bonuses given are store credit slips | Workers get a generous store discount (probably to keep them from swiping product) | Working in an environment where sexual innuendo & other inappropriate behavior by management is rampant takes some getting used to
