Pros
Exposure to different businesses and tech and a lot of focus on Amnet from aegis. The business is growing and it is good to be part of that growth (if that can be shared with employees)
Cons
weak leaders, favouritism and politics with no clear progression procided. Seems as though management promotes the people who they find easiest to manage as opposed to people who add value and want to be recognised for it, bad for culture!
