Pros

Nice office. Inspirational words on the walls. Nice, hard working people there.

Cons

This company does not care about people. They look for warm bodies to fill the positions and fire and demote indiscriminately if you don't make it in the clique. Everyone is overworked and underpaid. If you want to be a corporate bobble head who enjoys kissing the butt of management then this is the place for you.

Although I am sorry that your experience at Ameriflex was less than extraordinary, I assure you that we will take your feedback to heart and consider it while we work to make Ameriflex an even better workplace. One of our core values is to respect each other with prompt candor and accountability and we try to encourage all of our employees to feel comfortable expressing their thoughts and concerns with their managers and/or HR in an effort to keep Ameriflex a safe, fun and productive environment for all of our valued employees. We also work to make sure our compensation and benefits are on par with other companies both within our industry and geographically. We realize it is much easier to train and retain good talent than to replace it and try to offer our employees opportunities to grow with the company. One way we do this is through our tuition reimbursement program which provides financial assistance to employees who want to go back to school to broaden their skill set and use their skills to help grow and shape Ameriflex. Remote work. Operations team is great.

Cons

Pay is way below average. They will assign work from other departments and disguise it as “special projects” or being a team player. When in reality you’re doing the work of 2 people for the same pay.
