Cons
Benefits was okay, not great. I, personally, did not like the service that we offered. I did not think that we were actually helping people. I felt that it may seem that we do help people in the beginning, but at the end, it will screw them over. I told two of my coworkers that I started with and one felt the same way. He left the same time I left the company. The other was transferred as a junior negotiator. I informed him that I do not believe in the product and gave him my reasoning. He did not believe me at the time we were in sales. Then when he became a junior negotiator, he experienced what I had informed him and he actually left the company too. Don't get me wrong, if you want to make a lot of money, it is easy and possible to do it here. But my morale principle would not let me stay. As I said, this is my personal opinion.
